Overview: HB 2005 adds political subdivision entities (PSEs) to the list of groups subject to the state's Open Meeting Law (OML) and Public Records Law (PRL).

League Position: NEUTRAL - Last year, the League's Executive Committee formally adopted a policy on meeting notifications, ensuring that the organization complies with OML requirements. Compliance with the provisions of PRL is under review by the League.
