Overview: SB 1326 provides an avenue of funding for state parks.

League Position: SUPPORT - The League supports the measure as it in line with a League Resolution to support State Parks.

Summary: SB 1326 states that there will be a voluntary donation on vehicle registrations. Of the amount donated 85% will go to support State Parks and 15% goes to the Department of Transportation for administration. The donation amount will be determined by the State Parks Board.
