Summary: HB2391 requires that all water/wastewater fees charged by a municipality must cover the expense of the service for which the fee is charged, the charge may not defray the cost of purchasing or acquiring a water facility.

League Position: OPPOSE - The League opposes this bill because it does not allow municipalities to defray the cost of acquiring a water facility.
