stimulus water project funds. The timeline is very short; applications can be filled out online. Links to the applications as well as contact

Here is the latest information on how to get on the Project Priority List for Stimulus Funding coming through the Water Infrastructure Finance
Authority. As you know, this program funds drinking water and waste water treatment and collection systems.
The first step is to submit a Project Priority List (PPL) Application in the Clean Water or Drinking Water programs—a simple 5 section, on-line
application. EPA Headquarters has set a very short deadline for states to submit their lists because they seek to award funds to WIFA within 60
days of enactment—which was February 17, 2009. WIFA must send its Project Priority Lists first to its Board for approval and then to EPA as soon as
possible to obtain the funds for Arizona within the 60 day period.
Judy Navarrete at WIFA has just extended the deadline for Project Priority List Applications to Friday, March 6, 2009 at Midnight.
