Update from Secretary of State's Office on IGA Agreements
If you are in the habit of sending your intergovernmental agreements to the Secretary of State's Office, you no longer need to do so. According to Secretary of State Ken Bennett, legislation regarding their filing has changed and his office will no longer accept IGAs from local governments. That's one less copy that has to be made, plus a small savings in postage costs.

The 2010 calendars and legislative posters are now available and will be sent to each city and town. If you would like additional copies of either the calendar or legislative poster, please call us at 602-258-5786.
